• All collections must be booked in advance. To arrange a booking we require the postcode and a full address of the collection

• Unfortunately we cannot book you with a specific time for the collection, only the day itself. Please make sure there is someone at a place to supervise the collection

• All items are expected to be bagged up and in a good, re-usable condition. Our collectors reserve the right to refuse any of the unsuitable items

• We will not take any responsibility for the bags left outside irrespective of whether you are present at your home or not

• Your items will be weighed accordingly to our pricing by using certified scales

• Please make sure you check the weight and cash paid out on the spot. No claims will be accepted from that moment further

• Do not forget to double check whether you have taken all of your valuables that you might have left in your clothing. Once the bags are collected, you will not be able to retrieve any of your belongings
